About WinkOffice

What does WinkOffice do?
WinkOffice builds AI-native companies through two services. Fractional Head of AI: embedded AI executive leadership for companies that need someone to own their AI strategy. AI-Powered Sales Engine: a complete AI-powered sales and marketing system for B2B companies that need more pipeline. Both start with a one-week AI audit.
What does a Fractional Head of AI do?
A Fractional Head of AI is an embedded executive who owns your AI strategy, adoption, and engineering direction, part-time, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. They lead your AI transformation the way a CTO leads engineering: setting direction, building teams, selecting vendors, and shipping outcomes.
What is the AI-Powered Sales Engine?
A complete sales and marketing system built for B2B companies. AI agents handle prospecting, research, content creation, and outreach at scale. Your team handles conversations and closing. It includes website, lead generation, outreach, content, ads, and pipeline management. You get a full pipeline without hiring a marketing team.
How is this different from an AI consulting firm?
Consultants deliver reports and recommendations. We deliver results. Whether it is AI leadership or sales systems, we embed in your team and are accountable for outcomes, not slide decks.

Working Together

What does the engagement process look like?
It starts with a free 30-minute intro call. From there, we begin with a one-week AI audit: a focused diagnostic of your organization. Based on the findings, we recommend the right path: Fractional Head of AI if you need AI strategy, or the AI-Powered Sales Engine if you need more deals.
How long does a typical engagement last?
The one-week AI audit takes about 8 hours of focused work. Both the Fractional Head of AI and AI-Powered Sales Engine have a 12-month minimum engagement. Sales systems take time to compound, and AI transformations need sustained leadership to stick.
Can you work with our existing team?
That is the point. For Fractional engagements, we lead and upskill your existing team. For the Sales Engine, AI agents do the heavy lifting while your team handles relationships and closing. Both models build capability, not dependency.

AI Transformation

What does "AI-native" mean?
AI-native means AI is woven into how your company operates, not bolted on as an afterthought. It is the difference between giving everyone ChatGPT access and fundamentally redesigning workflows, products, and decision-making around AI capabilities. It requires leadership, not just tools.
How do you measure AI ROI?
We set measurable KPIs from day one: engineering velocity improvements, cost reduction in AI tooling spend, time-to-production for AI initiatives, and team adoption rates. Every engagement starts with a baseline assessment so we can quantify the impact.
What's the difference between AI tools and AI transformation?
AI tools solve individual problems: a chatbot here, an automation there. AI transformation changes how your entire organization thinks, builds, and delivers. Tools are tactics. Transformation is strategy. Without leadership, tool adoption becomes fragmented shadow AI.

Pricing & Logistics

How much does it cost?
The one-week AI audit starts at EUR 2,000. Fractional Head of AI is EUR 12,000-20,000 per month depending on scope. The AI-Powered Sales Engine is EUR 2,000-4,000 per month plus commission on closed deals (5-7%). Both ongoing services have a 12-month minimum. Book a free intro call for a transparent quote.
What is the one-week AI audit?
It is the entry point for both services. We spend a week inside your organization, map your AI landscape, and deliver a clear-eyed assessment with your top opportunities and risks. It is also a trial period: no obligation to continue, and the findings are yours regardless.
Who is the AI-Powered Sales Engine for?
B2B companies with deal sizes of EUR 50K or more, small teams (1-50 people), and founder-led sales that need to scale. It works best through warm intros and close relationships, because the commission model requires trust. If you need more deals but cannot afford a marketing department, this is for you.
